Q:  What is & why do I need a Re-Establishment Survey?
A:
Most people think that your title boundary is your fence line. Generally, we have found that 98% of Existing fences in Melbourne are in the wrong spot.

A Re-Establishment Survey is only necessary when you are wanting to build near or on a boundary line.
       A Re-Establishment Survey indicates:

  • Fences on site
  • North Point & Easements
  • Boundary lines – imaginary lines from the title (NB: Fences are not your boundary! )
Q:  What is AHD ?
A:
AHD is an Australian Height Datum. It's essentially a universal height above sea level that council requires for Town Planning Applications.
